Acadasco is an AI-native learning platform that enables educators, creators, and organizations to create, manage, and deliver online courses. Our services include course creation tools, student management, AI-powered features, and communication capabilities.

2. Beta Access

Acadasco is currently in private beta. Access to the platform is by invitation only. During the beta period, features may change, and we may reset data or modify functionality as needed. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we refine the platform.

3. Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to Acadasco. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Content: Acadasco and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including software, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems

6. Payment Terms

Acadasco is currently free during the beta period. When we introduce paid plans, you will be notified in advance. Paid subscriptions will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees will be non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This is especially true during our beta period where we are actively developing and testing the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acadasco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
